Focus and scope

Rassegna di psicologia (RdP) was an international peer-reviewed open access journal publishing original research in applied areas of psychology, including: Behavioral psychology, Clinical psychology, Cognitive psychology, Counseling psychology, Developmental psychology, Educational psychology, Environmental psychology, Family psychology, Health psychology, Measurement/Assessment, Psychodynamics, Psychotherapy, School psychology, Social psychology, Sport psychology, Work, Industrial and organizational psychology.
Rassegna di psicologia provides a forum for psychology, psychiatry and mental health professionals to share their findings with researchers. Contributions were encouraged from all fields of psychology, especially those that address new developments and pursue innovative approaches.
RdP focused on original empirical contributions, but was open to theoretical articles, critical reviews, and replications of published research.

Peer review process

The acceptance criteria for all papers were the quality and originality of the research and its significance to our readership. Manuscripts were double-blind peer-reviewed. Papers were only sent to review if the Editor determined that the paper met the appropriate quality and relevance requirements.

Rassegna di psicologia was published, both online and printed, three times a year.

Open access policy

This journal provided immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Articles published from 2016 to 2019 are licensed under a CC-BY 4.0 International license and authors retain all rights on their works. Issue 1/2020 was published under a CC-BY-NC-ND 3.0 IT license and all right reserved to Sapienza Università Editrice but, as determined by Sapienza Università Editrice’s Scientific Editorial Board, starting from January 2022 issue 1/2020 is released under a CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0 International license. Journal history

Established in 1984, Rassegna di psicologia kept psychologists up-to-date on the latest research for nearly 30 years. The journal was property of Sapienza University of Rome and had been published by Il Mulino (2004-2015), Edizioni Nuova Cultura (2016-2019), and Sapienza Università Editrice (1/2020). From May 2020 Rassegna di psicologia has become Psychology Hub and is currently published by Sapienza Università Editrice.
