Gli spazi urbanizzati tra crisi del fordismo e crisi del neoliberismo

Abstract

In this paper the relationship between cities and neoliberalism has been
dealt with; it has been in particular considered the crisis of fordism that
was accompained by the overturn of space-time coordinates, both responsible
for the change of the perspectives and organization of the world.
City is the result of that change, determining the loss of city boundaries,
urban sprawl over vast areas of countryside. City and territory are transformed
in merchandises within a property market without limits. Nowadays
crisis evidences the contradictions of neoliberalism. We can go through this
crisis only applying the territoriality principle and focussing on the idea of
qualitative human development.

On traite de la relation entre ville et néolibéralisme depuis la crise du
fordisme et du renversement des coordonnées spatio-temporelles
qui, dans cette période, changent l’organisation et la vision du
monde. La ville est le fruit de ce changement, elle perd ses frontières, se déforme et se pulvérise dans les campagnes. Ville et territoire sont transformés
en marchandises d’un marché immobilier infini. La crise actuelle met
en évidence les contradictions du néolibéralisme. Seule l’application de critères
de territorialité qui privilégie(nt) l’idée d’un développement qualitatif,
humain, permet de dépasser la crise.
