A PRELIMINARY LIST OF RARE OR ENDANGERED IRIDACEAE SPECIES

Abstract

At this meeting the importance of focussing on rare and endangered Iridaceae species in each country became evident. A complete check list of the conservation status of rare and endangered Iridaceae species is not yet estabilished. Here we present (Appendix) the list of the World Conservation Monitoring Centre (WCMC)* for rare and endangered Iridaceae, according to the IUCN categories.
