The Leontief’s scheme and Sraffa’s model are significant examples in the field of linear models of analysis based on the assumption of the heterogeneity of capital goods and the homogeneity of work. This article aims to introduce the case of a non-homogeneous workforce within these same models and examine some initial implications. In particular, in the proposed model the different tasks, that is, the phases in which a manufacturing process can be divided, are performed by different types of specialized workers where the type of specialization considered is in turn produced in the same way as a good. On the basis of the specialization of the model, we can obtain a solution as the vector of prices and different wage rates of balance.
