Abstract
The almost unknown Morbid Anatomy of Harvey, Cocchi, Lancisi, Baglivi, Bellini and Malpighi is presented. These Scientists, better known in other fields of Medicine, made important contributions to "Organ Pathology". Lorenzo Bellini moreover, with his"inter-organic" pathology, ruled by nerve fluids and blood circulation, may be considered also a precursor of Bichat.
