The article examines the main topics concernig handicap and handicapped persons: how to call them, how to manage the "time of handicap", how to organize the relationship between hadicapped persons and society, handicapped children and school, in a complex proceeding toward the possibility of recognize, also in disease, individual and personal needs and stories.
