Alea and microtakaful insurance

An essential component of the insurance contract is the alea, because the insurance world has been structured precisely to address the risk in its different realities. The alea assuming some economic-financial connotations is managed differently according to the cultures to which it refers. The note shows that in the Islamic world insurance dynamics have their own characteristics that are highlighted in the different takaful contracts and in the different organizational models taken into consideration and how the concept of mutuality that has a strong ethical vocation is catching the attention of customers Muslims.
