Abstract

Beginning with the ethical considerations within the philosophy of literature, this article explores the relationship between media and narrative through the lens of their ethical impact, posing questions about how new media engage with the moral dimension of storytelling. In what ways do the structure and logic of new media reshape narrative and its ethical significance? Grounded in the assumption that media are not merely passive conveyors of content but actively influence narrative construction, this analysis centers on the cultural products of the emerging convergent culture. The study aims to uncover how contemporary and metamodern culture facilitates innovative approaches to constructing moral meanings, with the idea of understanding how these emerging narratives may contribute to the ethical transformation of audiences.
