I quality drama. Dal prodotto televisivo agli spazi di Facebook
Abstract
In the last years tv series – and particularly the quality drama genre – have occupied large medial spaces, and many institutional acknowledgments. This is a phenomenon marking a new Golden Age, having substantial consequences in the audiences’ habits and uses, as well as in the researchers’ studies and reflections. The tv series appreciation is particularly evident in online world, especially in social networks where users connect each other also producing contents connected to stories, in order to discuss, to appropriate, to manage them, inside specific limits and following shared norms.In this paper we analyse the relationship between some quality dramas and the Facebook environment, conceived as a communicative, socio-cultural and symbolic context used by audiences.
