Keywords:
Transmedia Archeology, Serialization, Pop Cultures, Transmediality, Flash GordonAbstract
This paper proposes three objectives. First, we intend to circumscribe the concept of transmedia, clarifying the specificity of this theoretical tool. Secondly, we intend to investigate concepts, theories and approaches of transmedia archeology. Finally, the third paragraph will be devoted to the analysis of an example of historical transmedia storytelling – that is the set of transmedia narratives of Flash Gordon’s franchise.
